OUR THOUGHTS CREATE OUR REALITY

After reading many books about the subject and then putting these theories into action in the here and now, I have found this to be very true:

We really do create our own reality and it is largely a result of the thoughts that our minds do think.

The big problem arises when we do not know how to control our minds so as to harness the limitless energy they do contain. Instead, many of our minds are out of control. They are creating alternate imagined realities which are being fueled by faulty thinking! 

It is high time we stopped this out of control roller-coaster.
